Two ways to search: By Map or List of Adult Gym Classes/Open Gyms Worldwide

 

This list is a shared project between Gymnastike and Masters Gymnastics. If you know of a class that is not listed, please let us know and we will add it to the list! Just leave the info below in the comment section or email us at masters gymnastics @gmail.com or email Marina from the Gymnastike Adult site.

Still can’t find a class? Use these tips:

  • No class? Ask if they have open gym.
  • Create a list, with contact information, of adults who are willing to commit to an adult class at least once a week and submit it to the gym.
  • Ask for private lessons.
  • See if your local university, YMCA, Community Center etc. has an adult gymnastics program.
  • Sign up for a tumbling or trampoline class,  Group Gymnastics Team  or acro-sports gym.
  • Join the regular competitive team and workout with the kids. Inspire a generation!
  • If all else fails turn to gymnastics sports like circus arts, Parkour/Free Running, rhythmic gymnastics, vertical gymnastics (AKA pole dancing), diving or Capoeira.

If you are near a college, you can find an intercollegiate (not NCAA) team by using the college gymnastics club search here on the NAIGC website.

    Texas Dreams has adult class on Wed nights. Anne from Gynastike has started to go and cover workout a bit.

    I just started up a Gymnastics Fitness class – conditioning, handstands etc with the option to do apparatus at Sportastiks Gymnastics on Brookville Road in Indianapolis.

    Redwood Empire Gymnastics in Petaluma, Ca has adult gymnastics on Tu/Th 8-930

    CrossFitMarin in Corte Madera, ca has Adult gymnastics on M/W@ 7-9p with optional skill training on Th 830-10p & Fri 7-9p

    International Gymnastics has Adult Gymnastics on M/W@ 830 in West Sacramento, Ca. I think they have open gym on saturdays

    Davis Diamonds has Adult gymnastics on Tu/Th from 7/730-9 and open gym on saturdays though their schedule changes during the summer

    There is an adult class at Go For It USA Gymnastics in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1:00 to 2:30 on Saturday afternoons.

    Also in Redding, CA there is a tumbling class open to adults Monday nights at 7:15 to 8:15 at Galaxy Gymnastics.

      Oh yeah, and in Chico, CA at Athletic Horizons there is an adult class Monday nights at 8:00-9:00.

    Capital Gymnastics NTC has adult classes M, T, Th from 9pm-10:30pm (in the summer the schedule switches to a bit earlier). The cost is $20.00.

    Coach Patty’s School of Gymnastics has 2 adult gymnastics classes. The one coached by Matt on Thurs. has been running for over 15 years. (maybe longer, but I won’t age him like that:-) Coach Patty’s is located in Camarillo, CA, about 45 minutes NW of L.A.

    The Champaign County YMCA in Champaign, IL is offering an Adult Gymnastics class beginning Tuesday, August 30th. Participants can sign up for a 7-week session. The class meets Tuesday nights from 8-9 PM. More information can be found on our website – http://www.ccymca.net

    Hampshire Gymnastics School in Amherst, Ma, has an adult class on Saturdays. They also have circus arts and free running. Visit them at

    I’ve got a new adult open gym starting in Flagstaff, AZ on Saturdays from 4:30-6 p.m. at Flagstaff Gymnastics Center, 2366 N. Steves Blvd. $8 per practice. Participants must become a member of the Amateur Athletic Union in order to be covered under our insurance policy.

    Unfortunately, there are not many opportunities to practise adult gymnastics in Spain, but the club I’m in has an adult gymnastics program. The club’s name is Ximnasia Pontevedra, and thanks to them I managed to compete at Spanish Nationals (regular circuit: there is no adult gymnastics program in Spain :( ).

    There is an Adult Gymnastics class and competitive team in Philadelphia, PA at the Kendrick Recreation Center (5822 Ridge Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19128). Class meets Thursday nights 7-9 pm ($10 per class), any many adults also attend open gym on Saturday 1-4 pm ($5 per hours). Gymnasts have the option of competing in USAG sanctioned events as prep optional gymnasts.
